Our Story
WIPP is a not-for-profit venture to promote P&P.
It is a platform to promote Pitch and Putt in general and the competitive sport of “International Pitch & Putt” in particular.
By playing a competition each month, you will be helping the game gain in importance and recognition. And it’s free!
We don’t govern, we don’t federate, we just share our playing experiences.

Our Mission
To promote the competitive sport of International Pitch & Putt, i.e. golf played with 3 clubs on a short course.
WIPP is a project to make the competitive sport of International Pitch & Putt, (IPP), better known. Small surface golf clubs anywhere in the world may register to take part and it’s free. In fact, a Pitch and Putt configuration is easy to improvise on most courses.
Whenever a club organizes a competition and declares it the WippRound of the month, they simply send us a summary of the results.
A club representative, a.k.a. the WippRep, is someone nominated by the club or self-designated, who registers the club on wippgolf.com. A simple process, taking just a minute or two.
The WippRep announces the date and conditions of the competition to the players and then sends us the results. This too is extremely simple – all we need is the number of players, the average of the 3 best scores, of the 10 best scores and of the 30 best scores.
The scores might look this 63 – 52 – 55 – 61, on a simple email to info@wippgolf.com.
(A club that has fewer players counts 90 for each missing player)
The scores from all the registered clubs will be published on the News page of wippgolf.com.
Reps should also give the names of any player(s) making a hole-in-one, specifying the hole. The player will then receive a WippAce certificate.
Clubs will be invited once a year to a prestigious venue for « The Final WippRound ». To be held this year in Scotland in September.
This is Phase 1 of the project; if successful, Phase 2 will allow Reps to register the players; Phase 3 will include registration of the individual scores and an evolving WippIndex.
The success of the project depends on YOU. This is genuinely by the players, for the players.
